Congrats to the Parish of French Village on being awarded an Anglican Foundation RFP award to address climate change. https://www.anglicanfoundation.org/afc-announces-2020-rfp-awards/.
The project is to install a compostable toilet in St. Paul's Church. Since that church currently has no washroom facilities this will be a wonderful and practical addition to our church.
The toilet will be installed by a local businessman named Ben John who also works extensively overseas with H2O, https://www.help2overcome.org/the-team to install similar projects in developing countries or in places where sanitation is lacking.
The by product from the toilet is compost which can be used around the building to fertilize the garden.https://www.anglicanfoundation.org/afc-announces-2020-rfp-awards/
